Welcome to Week 22 of 2025; this week we’re focusing on developing a positive mindset. Most of us like to think we have a positive attitude, but it’s easy to slip into negativity without even realizing it. This week, we’re challenging ourselves to notice and turn it around!

The Challenge: No Negative Talk

For the next seven days, let’s make a conscious effort to avoid negative talk. This means no negative gossip, no downtrodden attitude, and no complaining or self-pity. Instead, let’s focus on spreading kindness, joy, and positivity wherever we go! ❤️

Get Started with a Prayer and Affirmations
