As for how I see this week unfolding in our household, I anticipate that Peter will find himself drawn to one-item ingredients—like ashwagandha in the ashwagandha tea that we all love—sparking some interesting discussions. Claire might start asking questions about some processed foods we enjoy—like those delicious organic cinnamon rolls!

Dad will surely be our go-to source for all the fun facts during our late-night kitchen discussions, and I’ll be here to share insights from my own research, allowing for some great comparisons with what we discover together.
